Woodstar Labs Refund Policy
The following sections (“License key Delivery”, “No Returns or Refunds”) refer to the terms agreed to for all CompTIA product purchases on the Woodstar Labs store.
License Key Delivery
Your welcome packet with instructions and your license keys will be delivered via email. Typically, license keys are delivered within 24 hours of your purchase. To provide CompTIA products at a reduced rate, after your purchase our team coordinates with CompTIA to secure discounted license keys through our approved CompTIA educational partnership. Delivery of license keys may be delayed if your purchase was made close to or during a weekend (i.e., Saturday through Sunday) or during U.S. federal holidays. Our team facilitates this process during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time). If you do not receive your license key within 24 hours—or within 24 hours after the first workday of the week if your purchase was made close to or during a weekend—please contact us at [email protected].
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our service, voucher codes are non-refundable once they have been emailed to a customer. If you believe you purchased the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to address the situation. However, please note that refunds and returns cannot—under any circumstances—be provided. Once you purchase a CompTIA product from our Woodstar Labs store, our team secures a discounted license for that product from CompTIA through our approved educational partnership. As a result, once that license key is acquired and emailed to you, it cannot be refunded or returned.
